    Ignition Switch Panel

    EIS + Magneto

    Approved ignition switch panel to control both the ElectroAir electronic ignition system (EIS) and the magneto. Available in horizontal and vertical versions. Replaces the outdated rotary key-switch, eliminating the associated AD and faulty key-switch contacts that can delay the EIS from coming back on. Returns ignition operation to the traditional method, improving pilot operation and aircraft safety. If the remaining magneto is not a starting magneto, the mag switch must be left OFF for starting per the accompanying AFMS.

    Approved ignition switch panel to control two magnetos and a starter in a conventional magneto-magneto configuration. Available in horizontal and vertical versions. Replaces the rotary key-switch, eliminating the associated AD and faulty contacts that can cause a hot mag situation. Returns magneto operation to the traditional method, improving pilot operation and safety. Starting is now as simple as pushing a button. If the remaining magneto is not a starting magneto, the mag switch must be left OFF for starting per the accompanying AFMS.

    Approved ignition switch panel to control two ElectroAir electronic ignition systems (EIS). Available in horizontal and vertical versions. Replaces the outdated rotary key-switch, eliminating the associated AD and faulty key-switch contacts that can delay the EIS from coming back on. Returns both electronic ignition systems to traditional operation, improving pilot operation and aircraft safety. Operation is explained in the AFMS accompanying the switch panel.

Backup Battery Accessories

    Backup Battery Control Panel

    Dual or Single EIS

    When used with the TCW Technologies IBBS series of backup battery systems, the EA-26000 creates an approved power supply backup for dual ElectroAir electronic ignition installations. The panel places the backup battery in READY mode to monitor the aircraft's main bus, and in the event of electrical failure or power drop, switches the backup battery ON to supply one of the installed ElectroAir ignitions. It also monitors backup battery voltage and indicates when ElectroAir electronic ignition systems are ON. The system provides a minimum of 60 minutes of backup power; longer durations are possible with a larger capacity battery.
