When you submit a quote request we collect the contact details, aircraft details, and location you provide, along with any files you choose to upload, such as panel photos, engine photos, weight-and-balance documents, FAA Form 337s, and STC paperwork.

We also collect basic technical information such as your IP address, which is used for spam prevention and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to prepare your written quote, route the nearest mobile crew, schedule work, and communicate with you about your job.

We do not sell customer information, and we share it only with service providers that help us operate this website, process payments, and deliver our services.

3. Payments

Card details are entered directly with our payment processor. FlyBoyz Aviation does not store full card numbers on its own systems.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep quote requests, job records, and uploaded files for as long as needed to service your aircraft and meet our recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your records at any time by contacting us.
